The Firm Butt Workout: Sculpt a Better Backside
The butt consists of three main muscles: the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus. They work together to help us move our legs in all directions. The butt can also become a fat burning machine when worked in the right way as well helping to strengthen and stabilize the back to improve posture.
Here’s a butt and core circuit I give to my clients, give it a go a in no time you’ll have a shapely, sculpted and cellulite free backside.
Squats x 10 reps
Lunges (weighted) x 10 reps
Lunges with curls x 8 reps
Lunges with shoulder presses x 8 reps
Burpees x 10 reps
Hanging leg raises x 10 reps
Swiss ball plank x 60 secs
Skip 60 secs
