Katie has been practising yoga for over 14 years. Having travelled around India to learn about yoga and meditation, and then training to become a yoga teacher, it is a great pleasure for Katie to share and teach yoga to people of all levels of flexibility and fitness.
Katie takes into account the different needs of your anatomy and mental well being to create a class that will help you feel light, relaxed and re-connected with yourself.
