First of all I’ve heard of three physical activities that people do well into their 90’s and possibly their 100’s

1) Runners (if that suits the individual)
2) Bodybuilding a lot more common
3) Tai Chi masters in China

Why do I promote bodybuilding? Because it’s easy to learn as there are so many gyms around. It’s a personal journey where you can work on what your body can and can’t do to create a consistent programme for longevity.
