Hypertrophy, which is used to build muscle mass can also be used for mobility or fantastic movement.

If we look at hypertrophy as an energy system and the time under tension it needs to grow which is up to 90 seconds. Hypertrophy gives you the time to tune into the muscle and get a full stretch or extension of the muscle as well as a full contraction which aids mobility.
