I see programmes and trainers that emphasise on showing their latest moves.

It’s not a dance a ballet it’s a performance and conditioning drill.

Why do lots of exercises badly with incorrect technique and structural strength when you could spend your time mastering one movement one technique and getting better and better at it and building higher and higher intensities and variables with that one move.

When I was training in karate at a competitive level my sensei explained to me that under competition you may know 20 moves but why not perfect one move. So under adrenaline and action you achieve mastery in comparison with sloppiness in 20 moves and getting defeated.
