Training is something you should be able to replicate on a daily basis with mobility and strength as the cornerstone to your workouts.

Sure you can mix it up by working different body parts for building muscle or you could tune your programs out towards athletics or specific sports but at the end of the day the layout will be strength and mobility with factors of balance, speed, flexibility, endurance and power.

The philosophy though for me is that you do something daily to feel good, to have fun so that it can become a part of your daily lifestyle.

So find what your into, whether it’s dance, martial arts, bodybuilding or athletics or even simply postural improvement and then use your strength, conditioning and mobility to improve them to the best you you can.
