  •  Your bedroom should be used for sex and sleep only!
  •  Have a consistent bedtime before 12pm and stick to it.
  •  Supplement with magnesium before bed to wind you down and improve quality of sleep.
  •  BONUS –  Have a teaspoon of raw honey before bed. 

Our brain taps in to liver glycogen before hitting your muscle glycogen (stored sugar in your muscles), so having a little extra sugar before bed can help your brain function better at night.
