i have always admired strength from the day i was born, superman was my idol, then bruce lee and then arnold schwarznegger and also the rock.
they just scream out strength, success and focus
i also imagine tai chi masters who are 90 years old still doing the splits and flying kicks lol, the idea of strength and longevity is health and fitness to me, and when i imagine these characters i imagine them to be men who are highly skilled and hard working and that use their intelligence
to me skill and ability comes from daily work so if you are the type of person that does like daily exercise because it feels good and you enjoy it, and you know how to lift
