lets take an approach where you use 3 different types of equipment to do a whole body workout

but first of all briefly think about how each type from the barbell, to the dumbbell to your bodyweight benefit you.

the barbell allows symmetry, balance and a lot of power
the dumbbell allows isolation of the limb which stimulates grip strength, brain and muscle activation

your bodyweight is holistic, great for core, blood flow and athleticism

barbell squats x 7 sets x 1 rep max
barbell bench press x 6 sets x 8 reps
barbell bent over row x 5 sets x 10 reps
military press x 4 sets x 8 reps

dummbell sumo squats held in a front squat manner x 4 sets x 12 reps
dumbbell walking lunges x 3 sets x 20 reps
dumbbell one arm rows x 3 sets x 12 reps
dumbbell standing one arm arnold press x 3 sets x 8 reps

narrow grip pull ups x 2 sets x max reps
medium grip pull ups x 2 sets x max reps
wide grip pull ups x 2 sets x max reps

what i want you to notice is how each type of training affects your body in unique and different ways
how does each type and style affect your grip, your core, your muscles, your brain, and your heart differently, how is your coordination affected differently,

there are so many factors but the reason i ask these weird questions is to get you ladies and gentleman to understand and internalise how your body reacts and get stimulated in different ways for different results
