On holiday I realised there are two types of bodies that I don’t want to have as a guy who works out. Number 1 – The guy who’s muscular with a pot belly and Number 2 the younger guy who’s skinny with abs but has terrible posture.
It’s all about finding that balance and for me that balance comes in the form of mixing strength training and muscle building with thai boxing and running.
Now this isn’t perfect for everyone and the ratios may be different for everyone because we all have different strengths and weaknesses but there is a perfect ratio for everyone and it’s your job or my job as a trainer to find it. Yes, it takes work, time and patience, it also takes observation and self observation but you will feel it’s right when it’s right.
