There are a lot of supplements out there, from fat burners, to whey protein to many others and yet when I talk to top private doctors in SW1, Knightsbridge, what I hear more and more is that we don’t know what are in these substances. The fact that they are synthetic and you can’t you get them from eating organic whole foods and a healthy balanced diet makes me cynical and then I hear about more research about something else… And guess what is fantastic for the brain, for protecting you from cancer, from keeping your liver healthy, for giving your body and brain energy?
