You take 3 types lifts for every workout from each athletic discipline. The three lifting styles for me are:

  1. Olympic
  2. Powerlifting
  3. Bodybuilding or Body toning

Here’s an example workout plan:

– Snatch (Olmypic Lifting) 12 reps down to my 1 rep max, probably 7-10 sets

– Deadlift (Powerlifting)  5-7 sets x 1-6 reps

– Bench Press (Body Building) from 15 reps down to my 1 rep max.

I will usually do 1-3 exercises per workout as it helps maintain focus and get the mosts benefits from my most responsive exercise.

Do this workout 1-2 times daily and you’ll see some amazing results.
