I see training in two different lights:

1. Mobility

2. Stability

Mobility is dynamic, it’s athletic and it involves fast movements like sprints, martial arts and olympic lifts.

And then theres stability. This involves structure, strength and the growth of muscle or tone.

To me, one is not better than the other, and both are needed for physical mastery and balance. When used together they will affect your mood, spirit and physique in awesomely positive ways. train both for life and enjoy the mastering of movement.
