This workout will rev up women’s testosterone, and metabolism turning bingo wings into slender arms and wobbly guts into carved abs.
A) Deep barbell back squats x 20 reps
B) Push press x 5 reps
C) Hanging leg raises x 10 reps
Complete these moves back to back (tri sets) For 7 Sets.
