you may have got into bad habits after the xmas and new year season whether it was from going with family and friends on holiday, maybe it was lots of drinks parties and large family meals…

the thing is discipline and tuning into your emotions so that they dont overwhelm you into the excitement of over indulging can turn you into a few pounds or kilos heavier than you are comfortable with, the thing is even if you exercise a lot and you are not seeing results that may be the frustrating result of not eating healthily… and the thing about eating healthy is quite a boring and painful concept to people and you may be stuck in a rut or you may try to follow diets only to find following diets and logging diets is just too much for you to handle right now…

and i dont believe in punishing people to get results and i dont believe in telling people what to do, what i do believe in is the ability to choose and decide for yourself… the thing is when you do decide to eat healthier your metabolism will fire up and if you are doing it well and effectively and exercising you will literally feel like theres a corset pressing on your gut, you will feel the strength of good nourishment, you will feel mentally clearer and stronger and i have only one tip for you as there is so much information on healthy eating its simply not practical enough so here is my practicality and simplicity for you..

cook for yourself. cook for yourself and you know whats going in your food, eat at a restaurant and you have no idea whats going in and on… cook for yourself and you get to decide to be as healthy as possible, cook for yourself as its therapeutic, calming and fun, cook for yourself and you will feel the solidity of deciding you are making an effort to be healthy and strong… cook for yourself and your deciding to not take in mass made foods or be at the whims of restaurant foods… the other thing is certain foods have healing agents, things that will strengthen and things that suit your tastes so its all about working which foods work for you… what i mean by that is if i get a cold the best way for me to get rid of it is to eat lots of ginger and garlic as i know it works for me… check what works for you… i know vitamin c strengthens the hell out of me… so go out there and discover what works…
