change the foods you eat, change the workouts your doing

if you want to trim you have to change the variables

if you have been doing lots of cardio and not getting the results you want, try doing lots of strength training or if you have been doing lots of strength training add it with cardios, intervals or supersets or even try out a new discipline, like dance, gymnastics or martials arts

if you have been eating lots of carbs, try low carbs, lots of fats, less fat, lots of protein try to moderate the others..

its all about testing and journalling and getting what will give you the results rather than doing what you think might work because someone said so..

sometimes it may be you need to cut down on training… e.g. overtraining can slow down results or perhaps even too little sleep
