Fitness is endurance, it’s sweat, it’s blood flow and it’s athleticism. It’s the ability to continue doing something exhausting when the normal guy or girl would just crumble.

So what is fitness? It’s the ability to run for 20 -30 minutes with strength and a strong pace, even with a decent amount of speed. Fitness is being able to do circuits without collapsing, doing circuits of 7 exercise for 30 -40 minutes doing the same 7 exercises for 10. 15. 20.25. 50 reps.

Fitness is being able to do hard exercise for many reps e.g. 50-100 pushups, sit ups and squats and if you are a guy or girl that loves the weights and feel you are not lean enough or too bulky, get this in to your arsenal of things to do.
