First of all, there is no such thing as a perfect workout as we all have different goals but if I were to pick a perfect workout for a healthy, strong, trim and fit body with an awesome spine (posture) I would go for a workout that looks a little like this:

  • Overhead squats
  • Pull ups
  • Push ups
  • Deadlifts
  • Lunges
  • One arm rows
  • Bicep curls
  • Skullcrushers
  • Thai boxing for 10 minutes
  • Running for 10 minutes

This kind of workout covers all body parts for strength, muscularity, cardio and all planes of movement to strengthen and mobilise the spine. Give it a go!
