i see a lot of guys who can be very healthy and well developed demonstrate a tiny lower body, and those very same people use excuses like my legs just don’t grow, funny enough those same people when asked about how many times they do there legs, will answer with answers like

i do cardio for my legs

i do legs once a week

or if your lucky i do legs after a chest and back and shoulder and arm workout

i find this really funny as the most amount of testosterone for muscular gains comes from working our legs out, the most amount of performance and athleticism comes from our legs, hips and core and the fact that the legs cover about 60% of our entire body

also legs factor our mobility, flexibility, hip movement and strength, in other words how the hell do you expect to get strong, confident, powerful and mobile without doing a leg workout with structure.

 

the other thing is for guys who read muscle magazines or bodybuilding magazines most workouts promote a 2 to 1 ratio of volume from upper body workouts to lower body workouts which by the way definitely is not what bodybuilders do otherwise they wouldn’t get that symmetry, and guys forget the fact that sometimes a bodybuilder may slip a hint about weak points, for example Arnold Schwarzenegger couldn’t grow his calves and he didnt find them proportionate to the rest of his body, he could’ve also said my calves just don’t grow… but what did he do?

 

he trained his calves every single fricking day because he realised they looked like a weak point compared to the rest of his body, and guess what? yes they grew

im not saying do a leg workout everyday unless your an olympic lifter, but what i am saying is create a balance and grow your whole body powerful, sexy and strong as one handsome unit

and watch your whole body grow wonderfully well
