If we look at posture or spinal strength as an indicator of energy flow then we can see clearly in our minds eye that slumping weakening the back and core affects our ability to hold our trunk or core with stability and when that happens we cannot breathe diaphragmatically meaning not enough blood flow and oxygen being transported into the brain and muscles.

Also sitting shortens muscles and hips which means muscles are not activated and lengthened which means muscles are not switched on and blood flow is not pumping.

Move the body
Strengthen it
Hydrate it
And eat lean clean and green
