Do you ever find yourself craving something sweet? Of course you do! We all do. The only problem with this is how often you succumb to that craving. If you are consistently doing so you will find fat deposits regularly building up in your gut, butt and under your arms. Unfortunately, this constant indulgence of sugar will turn you into what we like to call a “sugar burner”.
A sugar burner is that typical person who reaches for the sugary and starchy snacks such as soft drinks, crisps and chocolate and then finding themselves later on wanting more starchy or sugary food in order to combat their low energy levels. It is a hard lifestyle habit to break but there is a simple solution which involved eating a good balance of proteins, vegetables and fats (good fats).
Doing this will ensure:
- High energy levels
- Hormone balance for men and women
- Better performance
- A healthy digestive system
- Faster metabolism
- Better mood
- Better quality of sleep
- A healthy sex drive
Happy Eating,
