Morning guy and girls, here’s a quick workout I put together that is perfect for building a solid core, improving balance and overall strength:
Lunges weighted x 20
Lunges with bicep curls x 20
Lunges with shoulder presses x 20
Single arm shoulder presses x 10
Chin ups x 10 (assisted if necessary)
Sprints – 100m x 3
Complete this workout 2-3 times per week to become a lean warrior in no time.
