It’s easy to put life to one side while you’re busy paying the bills or gunning for that promotion but sometimes you’ve got to take a step back, take a look in the mirror and ask yourself these five questions:
1 . Am I Happy On The Inside?
2. Am I Doing What I Love?
3. Am I Doing My Best For Those I Love?
4. Am I Doing My Best For Myself?
5. Am I Smiling?
If you’re saying no to most of these questions several days in a row, then something probably has to change and fast.
Keeping your body in good health is a duty. You cannot have a strong and clear mind without a healthy body to make the necessary changes that lead to you saying yes, I am happy. Yes, I’m doing what I love. Yes. I’m doing the best for those I love and myself and yes, I can’t stop smiling. As the great Jim Rohn once said…
“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”
Have A Great Day,
Do you ever find yourself craving something sweet? Of course you do! We all do. The only problem with this is how often you succumb to that craving. If you are consistently doing so you will find fat deposits regularly building up in your gut, butt and under your arms. Unfortunately, this constant indulgence of sugar will turn you into what we like to call a “sugar burner”.
A sugar burner is that typical person who reaches for the sugary and starchy snacks such as soft drinks, crisps and chocolate and then finding themselves later on wanting more starchy or sugary food in order to combat their low energy levels. It is a hard lifestyle habit to break but there is a simple solution which involved eating a good balance of proteins, vegetables and fats (good fats).
Doing this will ensure:
- High energy levels
- Hormone balance for men and women
- Better performance
- A healthy digestive system
- Faster metabolism
- Better mood
- Better quality of sleep
- A healthy sex drive
