Lauren Sullivan | Multi Distance Running & Functional Movement
Lauren has been immersed in health and fitness from a young age, playing every team sport she could find and has moved into marathon running for the past 4 years. She prides herself on creating unique workouts for each client using kettlebells, primal movements, HIIT, bodyweight, circuits, free weights and many more new movement patterns.
Lauren’s focus is to educate clients about health and fitness to ensure they understand why we are adopting certain workout regimes, ensuring clients are educated to the point whereby they can maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of our sessions.
