Fitness, how does it affect your mood, mind and body?
Fitness releases chemicals like dopamine and serotonin so even though when you first workout it can feel awful and challenging during the workout after it, you will release tension from the body and be more energised and feel good about yourself!
Exercise over no exercise is ultimately better even if you are unfamiliar with what you are doing, you have taken the first step into getting fit and healthy by trying to be active however when you learn how to execute certain workout positions/moves you can greatly improve your posture.
The correct muscles, when worked out consciously and properly will stimulate your skeletal system which in layman’s terms means long term health and well being on joints ligaments and muscles as well as firming skin as long as you go on an appropriate diet and eating plan.
The training affects your mind in a very focused and brainy way because it will stimulate your nervous system as well as your blood flow which means more neurotransmitters, blood and oxygen transported to the brain meaning a more present and intelligent version of yourself will be available.
In terms of your body fitness it will affect your body into firmness, balance, alignment, confidence and great shape and if your understand what you are doing it can be fun when it has meaning and purpose.
So if you are trying to find a stress reliever, time filler or even a new hobby I would always recommend you try working on your self, your body as it truly is your temple, whether it be solo with a buddy or a PT like me!
