Hanging Leg Raises For Core Strength
In this video, Adam explains why you should be doing hanging leg raises if you want to build a great set of abs and improve your core strength.
This is an awesome exercise for the grip and learning to engage the core.
Grip the handles hard to engage the brain and body, drive the legs up and hold them as high up as you can without curving the tailbone.
On the way down make sure you do a slow release so your body doesn’t swing as this takes out the engagement of the core and lower abdomen.
