The studio is well-equipped with the latest cardio, strength and other training equipment. You will be getting access to the best fitness equipment as well as tailored personal training. The sessions are personalised to your fitness, abilities and goals. If you live far away or don’t have the time to visit the studio, I’m happy to train you remotely with little or no equipment.
I understand that various training equipment and machinery can feel intimidating if you are new to the world of fitness or getting back after a long break. You can rest assured that I will help you get comfortable with the equipment and teach you the proper techniques.
